Trista Sue Kragh, author of "Figure It Out" and former operator of the family-owned Bayfront Inn in Naples (sold 2021) utilizes her 25 years of hotel experience as an international business, leadership and inspirational speaker.

She is the president and founder of Agents For Change Intl., a global leadership training and mentorship network. She has developed numerous online e-courses for individuals to become agents of change in their own nation as they discover and develop their personal area of leadership and influence. 

As a protege of Dr. Myles Munroe, the practical principles she shares have proven to be very successful through the recession, and even in her involvement in launching her husband’s architecture firm, MHK Architecture & Planning, during the same period of economic decline.

Due to their testimony, they have been found in many ‘closed’ countries teaching time-tested business principles to various cultures.

After the transition of Dr. Myles Munroe in November 2o14, the plans to open an office based on the vision of "Leading to transform culture and influence change through intentional leadership training" was realized in February 2015. 

 

Trista Sue, an alumni of Oral Roberts University, mentors and trains leaders locally in Naples, Florida as well as internationally and online forums.

She is a native of Fort Myers, Florida and daughter of Jill & Tim Youngquist. Her husband, Matthew Kragh, is an award-winning architect with his own firm MHK and 10 regional offices, as well as a competitive golfer. 

They are proud parents to their son Maverick and their daughter Shiloh and split their residence between Naples, Florida and the mountains of North Carolina.
